Booking & Payment Terms Booking enquiries can be made by email or telephone. On receipt of your enquiry we will advise if space is available on your chosen course. On acceptance of your booking a deposit of £20 
per course day will be payable by debit card over the telephone. Confirmation will be sent by email on payment of the deposit. Course details including a brief outline of the course content and a materials list will be sent to the email address you provide on booking. The remaining balance will be payable by debit card one month before the course date. A reminder will 
be sent by email. Cancellation Terms Cancellation can be notified by email to info@pennine-art.uk The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable. If cancellation is received after the balance has been 
paid within one month of the course date the amount 
will be non-refundable, however the booking can 
be transferred to another person if you have found 
somebody else to take your place on notification and agreement with ourselves. If the course is cancelled by ourselves due to lack of numbers we will refund all deposits in full. We will usually be aware of course numbers approximately one month before the course date. If a course tutor needs to cancel we will endeavour to find a replacement tutor, in which case we will contact those booked on the course so they can decide if they still want to remain on the course or receive a full refund.
